Return policy
In accordance with European (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the product. To do so, they must communicate their unequivocal decision (for example, using the return form or email) and return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, MoiisCompany will refund the total amount paid (product price plus original shipping costs) without undue delay, within a maximum of 14 days.
The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless the seller has expressly assumed these costs or the product is defective. In any case, the refund shall be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless the user expressly authorizes a different one. The user shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from improper handling other than that necessary to determine the nature or functioning of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Perishable products or products with a short shelf life (food, flowers, etc.).
- Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed (e.g., cosmetics and healthcare products).
- Supply of audio, video, or computer software recordings that are sealed upon delivery, if they have been unsealed by the User.
Items purchased from MiisCompany can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try out the product and check it. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and without any damage. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.
If you decide to return the items, you will need to notify us by filling out the on our website, or by using the withdrawal form below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to moiscompany98@gmail.com. Please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of informing us.
Processing your return
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items andbegin processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
